It appears Morocco began blocking VoIP the weekend before last. |

Yes, I'm sure. How long has it said "please wait"? Start the magicjack and let it sit for 10 or 15 minutes. Does it continue to say "please wait"?
You may want to investigate one of the free vpn services for the time being. |

i saw some discussions regarding the same issue from moroccan people, so it's a fact, my ISP is blocking port 5060 and 5070
could you please explain to me what to do regarding the free vpn trick, Im not an expert, it's like connecting to the vpn server then the vpn server will connect me to internet right?
would my internet be affected (slowed)? it's already slow only 2mbits/s
thanks for your help |

I've only tried http://www.hotspotshield.com. It does work with magicJack, but being free you'll see ads displayed when using your browser. I can't say how it'll work with a 2mb connection. Make sure to set the magicJack to AirCard mode. |
