Hi,
After setting up softphone i.e., without using magicjack USB, all my saved contacts are missing. I would like to know how to recover / restore them? |

I'm a little confused, which is normal. You used MJ previously and now your contacts are gone? If that's the case, they store them on their server. You can find them by going to mymagicjack through the softphone menu. Without the softphone menu the address is "web08.magicjack.com/my" where you can log into your account. |
