MJ seems to be working well now with new update. Seems I had my contacts blocked in AddressBook.XML, I found this file by unpluging MJ and holding down shift key then plug back in MJ, went to computer\removable MJ, L drive here, open up removable MJ, L drive then I clicked "explore", then MJ file, there is where I located AddressBook XML, allowed my AddressBook to download with a few changes I found on google based on my OP system & or IE version. I did Internet options\@ top click Advanced\click "allow active content to run in files on My Computer"\apply\ok, Plug MJ back in, needed the new update, all is well atm.
(If you do not see the magicJack folder in the magicJack drive, you may need to go into folder options and set it to view "Hidden files and Folders") |
