I didn't want to hijack the other audio skipping thread. I am not happy at all with this MJ. The audio is very very choppy and a very noticeable delay between the 2 callers. There is no way you could use this as your normal line. My wife who has family on the other side of the country will not even use it, she uses calling cards because she just hates it. I think it was a waste of money but yet so many other people think it is great. Ok here is the deal:

On my gaming rig, on 2 different laptops one being stronger than my gaming PC all other programs shut down( other than a/v), most back ground shut down, have done all tweaks mj has suggested, the audio is choppy, delay in conversation, makes all other usb ports not useable, most calls will not go through ( have to try 2-3 times and dial slowly). Now remember that it does this on 3 different units. We are also in Canada on the bell network and I wonder if that has anything to do with it because they are now throttling our band width up here. It was just not worth it if this is what we are stuck with. I can also tell you another thing, MJ's customer service is just absolutely horrible. When I called it seemed like I was bothering him by contacting him and not one thing got resolved and in the end he just ended the messaging, said thank you and closed the window.
Needless to say i would like some input if anyone has some. Thank You for reading my short story here.
