Using a Macbook pro running Leopard fully updated.

MagicJack installed and runs making and receiving calls with an Analog phone plugged into the device just works, calls are clear and the quality is "landline equiv"

However, the option to use either a headset or to use the internal speakers and mic is not available in the software.

Speaking to Customer Service, well PC people just don't have a clue when it comes to Mac, I am aware that the software for Mac is in beta.

Is there anyone else having this issue, or has anyone experienced this issue and resolved it?

any comments or hints would be appreciated.

Yes, currently the MagicJack will only work with a phone attached, there is no support for headset at this time. Also, there is no phonebook utility for the Macintosh version as of yet.
