I just purchased a new MacBook Pro (intel i5 processor). I inserted my magicjack directly into one of the two USB ports on the side. The blue light will blink ten times and then it goes dark. I spent four hour (in two sessions) with MJ support. Everytime they "took over my computer" I would see them mess around for about five minutes, then the session would automatically end. Calling back just started from the beginning (do they really review the notes file?).

I then tried to install the magicjack on a Windows7 machine, but it just got stuck on the splash screen. I've tried both the Mac and PC updates and tried to reformat.

Any suggestions?
