I have been dialing cell phone numbers in Mexico for months so how to dial is not the question. Now for some reason I cannot dial cell phone numbers in one specific area code. All other calls to Mexico goes through fine. The calls now ring for exactly 42 seconds and the hang up without answer and give "183 Session Progress" error. The people can call me and tell me their phones are not ringing from me. What is happening? I have already wasted 2 days with the Magicjack chat stuff. Thanks.

Also, land lines to that area code go through with no problem. It is only cell numbers and has been going on for 3 days. Other friends in other parts of Mexico can call those cell numbers so I know it is not a problem with cell service in the area.

You do not have to use MJ's international service for international calls with MJ. There are other providers you can sign up with and just call through MJ their access number.
