I believe so, but the easiest thing to to is to have a 2 minute chat with customer service about it.
They allow you to have a regular MJ and a new Plus with the same number and working at the same time. I'm pretty sure in one of my chats that the comment was made that 2 MJ's would work with the same number, with no mention that one needed to be a Plus. That would make sense, but they can tell you quickly.
If they tell you yes, and you buy the second device, just be careful when you register it. Get on with chat again and tell you what you want to do. Have them do it for you, and then save the chat in case something gets screwed up. |

yes, you can have 2 magicJack devices plugged in to different computers with 1 magicJack phone number, when someone calls you both will ring and take note that the first magicJack who picked up will be the one to take the call. |

How do I do this? Do I have to pay the fee twice? |

They will charge you either $39 plus Tax to reactivate an old MJ or charge you $49.99 plus Tax to buy a new one. In my opinion neither one is worth the extra money, just buy a cordless phone with 2 or more phones using your original MJ that you already paid for. |
