Hello everyone,

I was wondering to anybody who's purchased a 2nd year later on after your originally purchased your MJ, if they asked for a credit card # or used the same one that was used before?

My second question is, does anybody know what the difference is between the model they are shipping now & the one they were shipping before?

The answer to your first question, MJ will ask for new credit card info when you want to purchase the license extension. It does not "remember" the credit card info that was used when you ordered the MJ device.

The answer to your second question, basically it's supposed to be an "improved" model which should work on "many" USB port conditions (low, poor voltage) and offers other acoustic improvements.

Thanks for the response. My jack is almost up in a couple of months & I recently got one for my parents, but my mom doesn't really like it at the moment (they are having the same issues that I did), so next time I go over there, I am going to try the same things that seemed to have worked for me

and if that doesn't work, then I guess I'll start using that one
