Hi,
I have been using majic jack for while now and its been pretty good so far (knock on wood).
However, I wanted to know about additional features like 3-way calling and how to change vmail greeting. If anybody knows if MJ supports these features and more importantly how to perform these operations that would be great. |

I would also like to know how to do a 3 way call.
Changing voicemail is done by connecting to your voicemail (either by hitting voicemail button or dialing your own MJ #), entering your password and using the voice prompts and menus to change greeting or record your name or whatever you want. |

For the voice greeting, see the "new users" section at the MagicJack wiki. http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/MagicJack

The answer to your question reguarding three-way calling can be found on the MagicJack Tech Chat Knowledgebase/FAQ.
However, it's not done the traditional way.
Both calls need to be inbound before they can be joined together.

Does magicJack support three-way calling?
Yes, magicJack supports 3-way (conference) calling for incoming calls.
How it works:
1. Have both parties call you.
2. With one party on the line, and one on hold (using call waiting), simply press ## to start a three-way call.
3. Press #* to end the three-way call. |
