Yes, magicJack supports 3-way (conference) calling for incoming calls.

How it works:

Have both parties call you.
With one party on the line, and one on hold (using call waiting), simply press ## to start a three-way call.
Press #* to end the three-way call.

or you can just to to there home page and at the bottom to faq section , click on it and a page opens up , then in the search section just type in your ?. its that easy.. Hope this helps ;o)
