Has anyone used 3 way calling lately? I tried it today and couldn't get it to work. Have they disabled this feature?

You do realize that magicjack's idea of 3-way calling is a bit different than everyone else's idea of 3-way calling. Both parties have to call you and you bridge them as opposed to a cell 3-way call where you can initiate both calls and then bridge them.

Yes I have read the instructions and know how it is supposed to work. But when I try it with someone on hold and someone else calls in and I hit ## it doesn't connect the two calls.

Don't know how far back you mean by "lately," but I did it yesterday around 5 PM ET to test whether a fix for another problem had worked. See this thread:

http://www.phoneservicesupport.com/magic-jack-exe-application-error-t8143-15.html

Worked fine then. MJ is (502) 713-etc; numbers dialing in were from area codes (606) and (202). Only time I've ever used 3-way calling with the MJ, actually.

I didn't realize that it only worked on incoming calls. I had tried it when I had called out and then used my cell phone to call in. That didn't work, but after I realized it only worked for incoming calls I tried it and it works fine.
