I was having a PM conversation with LikeMagic about my Error 400 issue that's been going on for over 3 weeks now. He suggested that I request for a # change to register with a different area code. So I log on with a tech and he starts the normal, do you have a blue light, etc etc...

I explain to him what I've been through and done over the course of three weeks and he asked for my #. After a few moments, he tells me to unplug and plug the MJ back in. Sure enough, as soon as it loads, Ready to Call!

I asked him what the issue was all along and he said all that he needed to do was refresh the area code call block... (Whatever that means) I asked him why no other tech support had done it.. He replied with, I have no idea sir.. That's the first thing they should have done with the information you have given.

I don't know if they fixed the server side issue today, or that this tech support did something that no one else had done.. Either way... All I know is, that mofo needs to get a raise. lol

I just called a buddy of mine that is also on a 410 area code.. His phone is working again as well. So... if any of you are out there that have a 410 area code. Unplug and plug your MJ back in and that bs Error 400 should go away. FINALLY!

Thanks to everyone who has helped me deal with this issue.. I'd like to personally thank Stewart and LikeMagic though.. Thanks for the help guys! Smile

Glad to hear you got it working. I tried various tricks to "reprovision" the number, but all had failed. It appears that the database used by the SIP servers was out of sync with what registration, provisioning, etc. had. I would guess that the tech ran a command that queries the provisioning servers for all numbers in your area code and forces them to be set up.

MJ promised Tragon that his issue would be fixed "soon" in 24 hours. Well, it seems "24 hours" = 3 weeks Smile Smile

I heard the problem with the 410 area code was due to the NSA's Echelon program still being beta-tested there.

Hahaha!
