|
|
I'm experiencing the 5-minute automatic cut-off for my outgoing calls. I dont think anybody from MJ is solving this issue yet. They let you think that it's a user problem. I had this dilemma for about 2 weeks now.
I couldnt help but think that could this be country specific? I am calling from Philippines to Canada daily. Could it be that they know the numbers you are always calling and probably put a limit to it?? It really pisses me off to dial every 5 minutes and redialling takes forever.
Am I the only one who is experiencing this? I'm surprised nobody is mentioning it here.. |

Make sure that the computer is not configured to go to sleep after a certain time. Also go into Device Manager and set the root hubs for all USB ports to NEVER go to sleep to save power. |

I'll have to give this a try on my sister's MJ. She is often disconnected after so many minutes (it varies) and has to redial again. |
