Yes I checked my account. Ever since I got this stupid thing, even when I paid for the 5 years, it has said April 17, 2009. No matter what code I entered it doesn't take it and there is no one to contact to straighten it out. Quite irritating.
I have a dial tone, but thats it, except for the sad face about hating to see me go. Interesting too. I click on the face in the middle that says connect to the internet, which I am already connected to, enter my info and it says my account is already validated?? ggggggrrrrrrrrr again
