About a week ago, they did some kind of upgrade and it got messed up and wouldn't appear on my softphone. About a day later, there was another update and it has been working since then. Since this is a new product, I expect to see more minor glitches as time goes on......as users of MJ, we are all beta testers and will have to put up with these issues as they improve their servers, etc. As long as I can continue to make or recieve calls, I can put up with these minor issues.
