I register a new Plus and moved over my old usb MJ number and notice that the plus does not have a 911 icon on the dial pad on the screen (Mac)

Is 911 supported on the plus ? want to make sure before I make it a stand alone setup.

Go to Section 5. Emergency calls

"........You understand and agree that the 911 emergency dialing feature is provided to you as a convenience. In the event you choose to use the same phone number for two or more magicJack and/or magicJack Plus devices, you will not have 911 emergency dialing on any magicJack other than the first one registered with the phone number."

This is the reason that you do not have any 911 feature on your PLUS.

Here is a tip:
Get an additional number for your PLUS.
Then assign that additional number to your old magicJack.
Goal: Your old phone number will be assign to the PLUS, and your old magicJack number will be assigned by the additional number that you previously selected.

Your accomplishment would be: you can now enable 911 on PLUS.
