The 911 service at my current location does not work, It has worked at other locations. Any suggestions? the MJ chat is worthless.

What do you mean by 911 not working at your current location? The 911 button turns red or yellow or the actual 911 call is not getting to emergency center?

When I first started using my MJ, it took a few days for the 911 button to turn green, maybe it will work for you in a day or so...

Call the police department and get the dispatchers telephone number and ask them if there is anything wrong with the address you have entered. It is possible to have an address that is so new it does not show on their maps ... etc and I am sure they will work with you to remedy the problem.

the 911 button stays red. If i call 911, the call goes to the ems response team at the last location.
