I picked up a gigaware 4-port USB hub from Radio Shack a couple of days ago & have gained some improvement, both incoming & outgoing. Even with the hub, I encountered some lag time, between myself & the caller yesterday, which was remedied by rebooting the pc & restarting the MJ. But overall, the powered hub has been a huge positive addition.
Has anyone else gotten good results with a powered hub? |

Powered hub has improved call quality for me. Ordered the CyberPower USB hub from amazon. Way happier with MJ now. |

IIRC, (I threw out the instructions when I passed the 30 day trial), a POWERED hub is a requirement if the computer's USB port (preferred) is not used. |
