All of a sudden I have an accept/decline button popping up in the Magic Jack window on every incoming call. I have wireless phone system plugged in MJ and if I can't get to the computer in time, the call is automatically dropped!! So frustrating. I have tried changing my settings on the menu option from telephone to headset and back again to no avail!! Can anyone help?

The last magicJack "Lucky You" upgrade this past week was pretty intense and I had to restart my computer before everything worked right again. Just to rule that out in your case, you should try restarting your computer.

Once you get it working again, you can download and install the free Magicsilence plugin tool at http://tools.pcphonesoft.com to stop the popups.

Thank you, I will try that and let you know. FYI I did an instant message thing with MJ customer services, and they had me jumping through hoops trying everything, but not doing a shut down!
Thanks

One MORE question. Now that I have the pop up blocker program installed. Am I still going to have a problem by not being able to click accept on the incoming calls? Will MJ automatically allow incoming calls to be answered by my phone? Does anyone know?

OK, everyone out there who is frustrated with the pop up accept/decline button on MJ. I just downloaded the free addon as suggested and it WORKS. I can answer an incoming call with no problem. At 70 years of age I was having to run through the house to click on accept whenever the phone rang!!! Thank you for helping me.

Sounds like a testimonial redpepper could use in his advertising.
