I just picked up a reconditioned Acer Aspire Revo (AR1600) on eBay for about $150.

It runs Windows XP Home SP3, an Intel ATOM processor, 1GB RAM and a 160GB hard drive. Power consumption is:
-2.57 watts in sleep mode
-16.61 watts at idle
-21.49 watts at full load.

I realize it is more expensive than an HP thin client, but I consider it a nice alternative since it runs XP Home vice XPe. I plan to setup my mjproxy on it, so it should be running in sleep mode for the most part.
