Sheri: Hello, how may I help you?
Scott Carswell: Hey Sheri. I wanted to recommend a feature for MagicJack subscribers. I was out of the house today and wanted to forward my magic jack calls to my cell phone but I didnt have access to a computer. I thought it would be useful if I could call my magic jack number, and when in the voicemail system, be able to activate call forwarding from in the voicemail system.
Sheri: To enable your call forwarding, simply log in to your account. Go to call features then click on call forwarding and assign a call forwarding number.
Scott Carswell: Do you speak english? I know how to use call forwarding but I had no computer at the time!!!
Scott Carswell: And I am making a suggestion that you can activate/deactivate call forwarding from any telephone by calling your magic jack phone number and entering the voicemail system. From there, you can activate or deactivate call forwarding
Sheri: You can only activate/deactivate your call forwarding through accessing the computer, by logging into your account.
Scott Carswell: I know. I am simply trying to make a suggestion... a recommendation.. please forward this chat to your boss. your boss will understand...
Scott Carswell: ...I hope.
Sheri: We are working to provide better service through new features and options for our customer. As of the moment that feature is not yet available.
We always update our website for all new products and services, so please visit our site from time-to-time for new releases and updates. |

LOL! Are you SURE they can *speak* it over there??? Now, over here in South-WEST Florida, they can speak and understand it, it's just that they tend to not have any clue as to what they're talking *ABOUT* LOL! Although I miss the northeast's intelligence and cultural sophistication, I can *almost* live with the relative ignorance down here... it's the freezing rain, sleet, hail, snow-that-comes-down-as-slush-that-freezes-over, outrageously high taxes, and crazy ex-wife up there that I don't miss at all... |
