Yes I saw it and I thought it was needlessly full of sarcasm. I'm just sorry I didn't think of it, but you beat me by a minute to an answer anyway. And for the record, I wouldn't worry about the dry cleaning, a once a week or so task, as much as I would the daily coffee making. |

No such thing as needless sarcasm. Unless, of course, that WAS needless sarcasm
Damn thats right making coffee every morning would be more of a pain.. Especially if they don't take it black then I guess it would be up to me to milk in the fridge too. Crap this is to much work for tech support, UNOFFICAL support at that |

They seem to have eliminated the initial post. If you didn't get a chance to read our helpful(?) answers, this is not a MJ run forum. If their on-line support cannot activate it for you, you should return it within your 30 days to get your money back. |

Nah. Must just have been the double posting of the same basic question. With some of the stuff posted in here, I can't imagine a dry cleaning comment would get any attention. Of course, maybe the guy who runs the site has a car wash business, and that part of the comment caused concern with possible competition. |

Try these steps/fixes to for you to be able to see the registration form.
Make sure that your firewall is disabled for the meantime
-----------
1. Click the "Start" button then "Settings" then "Control Panel" then go to "Internet Options", under "Privacy" tab, slide the bar down to "Accept all cookies". Under "Security" tab, click on "Trusted Sites" then click the "Sites" button.
2. Un-check the box at the bottom left of the window that says "Require Server Verification".
3. Type the following address into the text bar, reg.talk4free.com then click the "Add" button, and also type in the following address, my.magicJack.com and click "Add" then "Close" then "OK".
4. Unplug the magic jack and plug it back into a different usb port after 20 seconds.
if that won't work...
1. Please go to "My Computer" and look for the 2 magicJack drives. Right click on those drives and look for the "Format" option and click it then set the File System to "FAT" and volume label as "PHONE".
2. Unplug magicJack, wait for 15 seconds and plug magicJack back in.
3. Please click on the link to download and run the upgrade:
http://upgrades.magicJack.com/upgrade/upgrade.exe
if that won't work...
1. Open task manager (control+alt+delete) and click the tab named Processes. Locate and end the following processes: UTSCSI, NEWNET_SETUP, MAGICJACK, and MAGICJACKLOADER. If one or several of these are not listed, do not worry.
2. Now unplug your magicJack, wait 15 seconds, and plug it back in.
Once the Mj dial pad is up, click on the "click here to register" at the left pane and fill out the registration form. |
