Hi all sorry i added my first post in the wrong area and now that i have more time i will explain whats going on.
Has anybody else had problems adding minutes to make International calls?.
When i try i get this come up on the screen
Processing Request This could take a couple of minutes SQLERRM: ORA-20020: QuickOrder Problem: K99: KILLED 4 FRAUD parameters Found! ORA-06512: at "YMAX.IPPPACKAGE", line 484 .
I have no idea at all what it is about and i cant get an answer all i get told is my account is under review , and they want tell or i guess cant tel me why.
I have tried to look this up but without ant luck so far and just thinking maybe someone else might know what it means.
I know my card is ok i used it just 2 hours ago and i paid for a 5 year plan 12 months ago, so im at a total loss to why im under review.
And of course now im at the stage where i cant make international calls at all. |

It looks like you either bumped into, or caused, a major database error (an SQL error within their Oracle database) within MJ's back end. It's not surprising that they are trying to hold you off while they scramble to figure out what is going on and how to fix it. Don't feel lonely, though. An error that severe can't be limited to you. |

Im sure im not the only one effected, thank you for that , sometimes one just need to know what is going on, it helps keep the blood from boiling. |

Well its been a full week now and still not able to add minutes or get an answer.
Something not good is going on there for sure as i was told to wait 72hrs and get back to them if i heard nothing by then, so i did ( today).
I went through the nightmare of explaining to them yet again and told them i was told to get back to them, all they said to me was wait (AGAIN) as my account is under review, i said yes i know ive been told that but why is it under review im paid up till 2013?
The answer.........just wait and they cut the chat off.
No i wasn't rude, darn sure wish i had of been now  |

Same Code, Same problem, it has been 8 days..no response also..
Also, they had me add another card..and I have requested that purge it..and they have not done that either...i am close to calling Master Card and complaining....it is a good service, right price..but support is about equivalent to nothing....the chat people have no idea what is going on..

Good luck with it all, its been a total of 3 weeks now i thought it was two but its 3 weeks tomorrow and at last i had a response....we will give you a pro rated refund...........like what? i dont want a refund i want the product i paid for and why am i being offered a refund? is it easier to offer a refund than fix the problem or cant it be fixed?, if it cant be fixed then take away what they are offering EG: International calling, its that simple
Anyway i dont care how much this device costs, when you advertise something that goes....Replace your phone service with MJ, then you have to get a mobile or whatever for international calling because you cant get that with MJ, is not replacing much at all to me.
All you are getting with MJ is a cheap secondary phone service and in the long run depending on what you use your phone for isnt cheap at all, it ends up costing you more in the long run. |
