Well, I got 10 months service from it. Now, phone line is dead.
Under MJ menu, > Choose your device.. I cannot select Telephone. No Blue light. No dial tone.
I have swapped telephone sets, cables, USB ports. Not using a hub. I have run the upgrade. I used it with only a single telephone set at a time.
Operation using a headset is normal.

must be built in to die before a year. Softfone calls and receives but no
blue light and no power to phone. Tried several phones and several
computers. The back half just died.
