I am using a cordless phone right now. It is a really cheap American Telecom phone (4 pack of phones from staples for $10).
When I pick up the handset and make a call, it works just fine. However, whenever I have to enter digits on the keypad in the middle of a call, it doesnt work -- magicjack doesnt recognize that new numbers are being entered.
Has anyone had this problem? Is there a solution other than buying new phones? |

Try logging into my.magicjack.com. Click the gray box at the bottom left of the screen. Next, look for the option regarding PIN numbers, and click the option. Let us know if that helps. |
