After all that chatting, I get a replacement, with instructions not to register, but to send a email. After no one answered the email, I again chatted. He said,btw, all this so I could use my old MJ number. Anyway, he said he made it all good...not. finally had to register and get a different number so I would have a phone.
This process took 96 days from the time it stopped working to today when i got the replacement working.
To sum it up, 1to10

MJ overall: I'll never recommend it to a FRIEND, only someone I don't care for.
