Cannot receive any calls today started AFAIK 10:00AM EDT to 1:30PM EDT and later.

Message callers receive is either female voice "All Circuits are Busy Now 125T" or female voice "All Circuits are Busy Now 125T," followed by male voice 001C.

Callers receive these messages from AT&T cellular and Verizon 727 landlines.

What do the 125T and 001C mean?
