My mom keeps calling my magic jack and it says all circuits are busy. The magic jack has been set up for about a month on a Vancouver number. How can I fix this?

When I kept getting "All Circuits are Busy" message, I found out that my number accidentally got added to their "Call Block" list. After my number was removed from their "Call Block" list, I was able to call their number.
