Hi all!

So I am trying to get my MJ+ to work without success. I was online with tech support for 5 hours and they were no help.

My problem is that I can't receive calls. As soon as the MJ+ answers it hangs up. I can make calls with no problems.

It doesn't matter if I am going through the computer or the router.

I have an actiontec c1000a router/modem. I have port forwarding done for ports 5060, 5070, 49152 and 65225. I want to be able to run it directly through the router. Not the computer.

I know the call is at least being detected by the mj+ since when I am running through the computer the call log shows the incoming call.

Any help would be wonderful!

I'm also having the same problem with magicJack plus. I also have a magicJack that's still working. It's only the magicJack plus that seems to have problem.

Try this thread: http://www.phoneservicesupport.com/magic-jack-plus-update-files-t12336.html. Look for the October firmware. I downgraded to this and haven't had a dropped call for 6 months or so now.

I think the Mediafire link is invalid now, but someone should be able to repost it for you.

Good luck.
