My MagicJack works fine for little while each day. Then it won't ring through or I can't make or receive a call. I have to unplug it and wait 15 seconds plug it back in. Then all is good. The daily ritual is getting old. Is there any thing that I can do?

Neither, I leave it on. The only thing that might be different is that I use microsoft account manager to keep my kids of certain sites. I push the switch account button and it leave my account on. on. |

I'm sorry, but I am clueless when it comes to some of semicharm's instructions. I couldn't do step 4. where do I get rktools.exe. What is cmd? I can do some things with my computer, but these instructions are a little over my head without some help. Unless there is an easier way or instructions for dummies? |
