I'm getting the choppy voice when connecting the MJ to both my PC and my laptop. I connect wireless through both.
ISP is Charter Communications (Cable)
I'm using a Belkin N Router (also tried with a Linksys BEFW11S4)
The PC has a Netgear Wireless Adapter
The laptop has the integrated Wireless Card
Both PC's run Windows XP
I hardwired the laptop to the router and the call quality became crystal clear. This tells me the issue is somewhere in my wireless networking I believe. I'm no expert though.
Leaving the laptop hardwired is not an option though and my PC is nowhere close to my cable so cannot hardwire it.
My question is, has anyone be successful at getting clear call quality on a wireless network and if so, what components (router, adapter, cable or dsl) are you using?
I'm not ready to give up on it just yet. |

The Linksys BEFW11S4 router has an update listed on Google.
After I upgraded my Linksys WRT300-N it worked perfect on wireless. |
