I have the dump file,I just don't know what the following settings are.

SipSever
Outbound Proxy


I have two types of SIP's with different patterns. I have tried both ith no luck..

###.###.##.#:5070 and ##.##.##.#:5070

Hi, I have HT502, here's the settings that work:
SIP Server: proxy1.nashville.talk4free.com:5070 (e.g., sip.mycompany.com, or IP address)

Outbound Proxy: proxy1.nashville.talk4free.com:5070 (e.g., proxy.myprovider.com, or IP address, if any)

SIP transport: UDP

NAT Traversal (STUN): No

SIP User ID: Exxxxxxxxxx01 (the user part of an SIP address)
Authenticate ID: Exxxxxxxxxx01 (can be identical to or different from SIP User ID)

Authenticate Password: (purposely not displayed for security protection)

Name: (optional, e.g., John Doe)

DNS Mode: A Record
User ID is phone number: No

SIP Registration: Yes

Unregister On Reboot: No
Outgoing Call without Registration: jklmn No Yes
Register Expiration: 60 (in minutes. default 1 hour, max 45 days)
local SIP port: 5070 (default is 5060 for UDP and TCP; 5061 for TLS)
local RTP port: 5004 (1024-65535, default 5004)

everything else is default.

I assume you are not using a router otherwise those proxy settings will be in the INIT tab of the router, right?
