O.K. I finally got my TC up and running again and I want to make a copy of the drive in case the drive dies again. I checked here:

http://www.phoneservicesupport.com/back-up-image-on-a-hp-t5710-t8987.html

and it talks about a "HP thinstate capture" that's in the Control Panel. I'm running a custom version of XP(Alpmans image) not CE and that program doesn't appear to exist on my machine. Is the "HP thinstate capture" program available some where for download? If not, what's the best way to copy the drive? I've tried using USB/CF adapters but they don't reconize the microdrives.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Are you using Clonzilla on the 5520 or on another computer? If you're using another computer, what are you using for the hardware, the IDE/CF adapter or something else? Thanks

Well I have a USB CD drive but you can also run clonezilla from a USB DOK. I save the image to a network share.
