Has anyone had any issues where calls are not being received?
I use the magicjack for my home office and some (not all) customers can't get through. They have had to call the main office and leave a message for me to call them. I had brought this issue up months ago and was given the run around that they couldn't tell me why it was happening.
I eventually let this fall though the cracks until recently it happened again.
So today I called and they had me run a setup file that supposedly fixed the issue. Have not tested yet. Kinda feel stupid calling a customer and saying "can you call me now?"
Also rep could not give me any info as to what this actually "fixed".
Question: Why wasn't I notifed of an upgrade?"
Answer: "we only do upgrades if device is not working properly and we have to do them."
HELLO, this was an issue months ago and I was never notifed of a fix. Are you people for real?
When it works, it works. But when you have to chat with their support, they suck. And their overall communication regarding fixes sucks. |
