Beyond the obvious???

Open udp ports 5060-5070 and 10000-20000 in your firewall.

Click the "Start" icon.
Click "Control Panel"
Click "System and Security"
On the right pane you will see Windows Firewall listed.
Next to it, click "Allow a program through Windows Firewall"

You may need to open these ports on your router. Don't ask how to do that; read your manual.
