|
|
callers don't hear any message but can leave their voice message which I get via email and can listen to.
However if I call my number and enter * (star key) I can't get in.
If I enter * (star key) and password 1234 I can't get in.
If I enter * (star key) and my password I can't get in.
I can't access the voice message account to record an ansewering message for my callers or do anything at all.
any help would be appreciated!!! |

Now see, this is where I step in with my loud mouth. You have two answers to your prior post to the exact same issue in a different section of the forum, and yet you decide to post the question again in a different thread. |

Yea. guilty. And since you posted one of the suggestions to his prior post, I'm betting I didn't beat you by too much. |

The newbie part sounds like a good excuse, but I would have thought the computer nerd part would have overcome it. We are always here to help. |

Same problem here, and this is the first post I clicked from Google. In case someone else needs the answer, check the OPs original thread, which contains the wonderfully simple solution: contact MJ chat support and ask them to reset your voicemail. Hands down the fastest and best chat experience I've had. Took about three minutes. You do lose your voicemail messages, though. |
