|
|
Why is the MJ so flaky? One day it works, the next day it doesn't. Sometimes I can place calls, other times it's just dead silent. Oddly enough, my friends say that they answer the phone, but they can't hear me.
I've reformatted the device a few times and sometimes that helps. Any suggestions?
Thanks! |

Unplug, replug, rinse, repeat. |

How is it that unplugging and plugging back in, multiple times, would somehow "fix" the problem? That just doesn't make sense! |

When you unplug and replug, it generally causes the device to reset, and appear again on your desktop... Also, when it is new to a computer, it often reloads the software from the servers. This can make many problems be fixed. Doesn't always work, though. |
