As far as I know, you have to use chat support.
I've never gotten a single email from magicJack except confirmation of billing and voice mail messages.

.48 hrs has passed and no email, but the problem has gone away.

My experience has been no reply. On several occasions chat informed me "Engineering" would email me when my problem was fixed (it takes time to get to this point) - it was up to me to discover it. To close the loop I've informed chat it was fixed and was thanked. I doubt if they care but it's good manners. The good news, the issues were resolved. Smile
