As far as I know, you have to use chat support.
I've never gotten a single email from magicJack except confirmation of billing and voice mail messages. |

My experience has been no reply. On several occasions chat informed me "Engineering" would email me when my problem was fixed (it takes time to get to this point) - it was up to me to discover it. To close the loop I've informed chat it was fixed and was thanked. I doubt if they care but it's good manners. The good news, the issues were resolved. |
