does anyone know how to make the JABRA GN9120/9125 work with magicjack plus,,,,,,,,,i hear a dial tone,,,but as i start to talk through the headset,,,,it goes dead i can hear the voice but they cannot here me..........i was wondering if the Plycom Eletronic Hookswitch Control is the answer to stopping this....??

It may be a long-shot, but something else could be muting your MJ. Not sure how voice controls work on a Mac. But I had a recent issue where a device I was plugging in and muting the mic on was also muting my voice on my MJ calls. So I would maybe double check to see if a setting has been overridden. In my case the setting stays that way, even after removing the "offending" device, unless I manually change the setting or un-mute the device itself.

Of course if it works fine via a phone and only acts up with the headset...then ignore the above.
