My ATA works now for anywhere from 3 to 24 hours, then it loses it's registration.

What I'd like to do is look at the logfile and see what was happening when it failed.

The device doesn't store logs internally for some reason, you have to install a program called logfile.exe on a computer and direct the logfiles from the RTP300 to that computer's IP.

I don't have the original disk for the RTP300, so i took logfile.exe off of the disk of a WRT54G. I can't get the ATA to communicate with logfile for some reason. Is logfile.exe hardware specific? Does anyone have any experience with this?

Does your ata allow you to syslog the log files to another machine. If so download and install kiwi syslog server to your desktop and point the logs there.
