when i try to call my phone number i get a loud screeching noise
i can make calls no problem though |

| still i have yet to figure out my problem but to add to this i have completely unplugged any phone what so ever and just used soft phone and i get the same results |

| I had this problem when I initially setup my MJ back in March. I tried the infamous MJ chat but they didn't help much. After a couple days it worked itself out and has worked since. I don't know if they did anything or not. |

so all of a sudden it just started working magically
this stinks all i can do is wait and pray i talked with the chat team and all i did the upgrade.exe etc still a loud screech |

so i am told an engineer will call me either tonight or tomorrow morning on my problem??
I was told this in live chat.....i will keep everyone posted on the outcome.
i want to change number but i do not want to use my grace change of one time i am going to wait to see if they have a fix sometime tomorrow....if not i will just change numbers and see if that fixes the faxlike sound people are getting |

i did not want to use my grace one time number change for free but i said screw it and this fixed my problem
i am assuming it has to be something with the area in kentucky i chose to get my number from i changed to louisville area and all is well now i can send and receive phone calls |

they forced me to use my change number one time grace change, lol
oh well easy come easy go, i am not really complaining b/c this is something that is too good to be true so if we get numbers here local in my area then i will gladly pay the $10 i just think it is silly they pretty much told me they would not let me change my number without using up my grace change.
anyways its all wroking now
time to try to get my fax machine working on this thing then setup thin client
