Just bought a new Uniden Dect 6.0 2060 to use with the wireless system in my office. Since I've been using it today, however, I've gotten a lot of complaints that I'm hard to hear. (Usually people ask me to talk softer 'cause I speak rather loudly.)
I don't think it was much of a problem with the Plantronics I was using.
Also, I've gotten more complaints about the echo today. I don't hear it but I used Wireshark to record and could hear it during playback. I have the TJ Echo Canceller but I don't think it's ever really done anything. I'm open to suggestion. TIA |

Never mind ... didn't read your post carefully
Others also complained of low outgoing volume. Try searching the forum and try what others have suggested as fixes. Basically, I believe the fix is go to Control panel/Sound & Audio Devices, look for MJ audio USB device and try to adjust its microphone volume. |
