I just bought a magicjack today and like it so far. The voice is clear, have not heard any background noise, echoing, etc. that I have seen other people mention.
My one problem so far though is the incoming voice volume is extremely low, so low that i can almost not hear them. I have tried different phones and putting the volume in the softphones settings all the way up.
Is there any other way to make the volume higher? thanks |

Depending on which version of windows you run.
Open your volume task icon ( looks like a speaker) and adjust
the various sliders to a volume setting to your liking. Usually
you will need to adjust master volume and the wav slider.
You may have to open recording and playing separately. |
