|
|
I know that MJ says the Mac upgrade is for Intel based Macs only, but has anyone tried it on systems with Power PC chips? My Dad ordered a MJ before he noticed the Intel Only note. He's running OS/X 10.4.xxx. Thanks.
We gave up trying and are returning the MJ. No luck on this Mac. |

Currently the MagicJack Application is Intel Only and will not run on PPC based Macintosh. |

I wish someone somewhere would post a step by step to get the device working on an Intel Mac. MagicJack has been useless. |

On Intel mac...
Plug Magic jack in USB port.
Click on magic jack icon that pops up.
Wait for magic jack to boot up.
Wait for ready to call screen.
Pick up and dial phone handset, keyboard, or screen |
