Magic Jack can not switch to telephone

I had a magic jack installed on HP THIN CLIent T5720, and now all incoming call goes to PC, not my telephone.

I clicked menu, did not have a choice : Switch to Telephone/Headset.

ANybody has any idea

Try "Menu"; "Volume Control"; select telephone.

I have the same problem, I tried to select telephone but it will not let me.

Remove MagicJack and plug it in to a different USB port.

Easy

Proceed to Control Panel, then click on Device Manager, expand Sounds and Video Game controllers, then locate USB Internet Phone by Tigeret or USB Audio Device, both Magicjack sound drivers. If you see any yellow ! marks, then you'll have to update these drivers, if not, uninstall right away. Then remove the magicjack, plug it back in after a minute.
