Since I add a Nettalk DUO on my router that already had a MJ+, I got issues with both devices. When I took a look at the ports used by them, the 5060 is used by both. And I use port forwarding for the DUO to solve answer delay issue. As I see, because I forward the 5060 for DUO, and this port is used for voice transmission on MJ+, I can't used both devices at the same router. Anyone have a solution or is in the same situation? Thanks! |

You could run one in the DMZ of your router and port forward the other if you really need to. |

Honestly, I'd switch to a different provider given the recent issues that MJ is experiencing. They have been sued for Patent Infringements by Nettalk; the Court Docs were files on 9/21/2012 and now they are charging 19.95 a year for 500 monthly call forwarding minutes. They are no longer the Great Value which sucks, especially since I have 3 MJ's to replace now. You can attempt to get any answers from their live help, but I wouldn't bother as I have asked them many times about these issues and all I get is incorrect or B.S. answers from them.
Nettalk is now the best deal in town. I am not a happy camper about this since I have to fork out to replace 3 MJ's now. I have asked their tech support many times about this issue and all I get is I dont know from them. They have Urine Poor Customer Support...No Doubt! |

Finally, I put the Nettalk on port forwarding instead of DMZ (even the 5060) and let the MJ without any config (except QoS). And it's working great! Some delay when answering on nettalk if I use the MJ at the same time (rare occasions). Thanks folks for your help! |
