Am I the only one getting the runaround by MagicJack's chat customer service line? I ordered a number ported. they accepted it and charged my credit card. Now 30 days and four extended follow-up sessions later, I still don't have an answer as to why they haven't moved and activated the mumber. I was told it hung-up on the first request but would be resolved and someone would contact me via email. Never happened. I was told by MagicJack to contact my original provider - who claims they honor porting requests, but have never received a transfer request.

Is there any way to get satisfaction from these clowns? They provide no answers or explanations. Just say try again later. Has anyone had success with this service?

I've been with MJ for many years and for the most part everything works OK including my AT&T land line port, took five days to transfer.

Yes I agree the type chat support blows chunks and this forum is a better source for information for many problems.

Unfortunately I don't have any information how to fix a failed port.
