I was on a call at 2:30pm EST when the phone stopped working. looking at the MJ software it said it was not connected. I restarted it and received an error 3 which means not connected to the internet. My internet connection is working fine as I'm able to post this. In trying to goto magicjack.com and anything associated with it I get the cannot display the page message. So I'm wondering if this is a larger outage? Anyone else having problems today? Same problem here as well. The main website "magicjack.com" won't come up at all either. I was going to suggest trying that as well, as soon as someone with the problem verified that they can get to the mJ website with the IP address rather than the domain name. I am on Comcast Well there goes the idea of it just being a DNS problem. Maybe Comcast is blocking that IP for some reason. Can your try to ping magicjack.com in a command prompt and see if it shows the IP even if it can't connect? ie: Code: Pinging magicjack.com [67.192.83.142] with 32 bytes of data: Does it first line after pinging look like that even if the pings are unsuccessful?
