I just bought the Magic Jack Plus and I think I registered it with a wrong email account and the activation code was sent to that email account.
What am I gonna do?
I still can't use my Magic Jack Plus, because it says you can't make inbound or outbbound calls without activating it. |

| Not sure if this will work, but try going to my.magicjack.com. Enter the phone number you registered with(instead of the email) and your password. If you can get into your account try changing the email(also see if it shows the email you entered). Hopefully, if this works, they will resend the activation code or maybe it will be in your account. If it lets you change the email, but you never get the code, then try tech support and see if they can resend the code to the correct email on the account. |
